Coronavirus (COVID-19) Action Plan
Updated March 19, 2020
In light of the global COVID-19 outbreak, and in the best interests of the health and safety of attendees, the Safer Roads 2020 International Conference Steering Committee made the difficult decision to postpone the May 12-14 event. The conference has been rescheduled for November 2020 and will be held in Richmond, Va. Exact dates will be announced shortly.
The committee felt this was the best way to proceed during this unprecedented situation given the information currently available from international, national, state, and local health officials.
Our team will be reaching out directly to speakers, exhibitors, and attendees soon with additional information. Your registration for Safer Roads 2020 will automatically be transferred to the new dates, meaning your participation is guaranteed. You don’t have to take any action, unless you are no longer able to participate. Individuals who are no longer able to attend will be issued a full refund.
You should also check with your hotel and airline for details about adjusting your reservations, if you have already made travel arrangements.
We thank everyone for their patience and understanding. Additional details will be communicated to you directly via email and available on this website as the they are available for the new conference dates in November 2020.
